RETURNS POLICY FOR DONNASTEWART.NET

COOLING-OFF PERIOD

By law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of any goods within seven days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you.  We regret we cannot except cancellations for DVD’s or CD’s where the seal has been broken.

If you do cancel your order with donnastewart.net guarantees to give you a full refund provided the goods are returned unopened and unused, (with any seals and shrink wrap intact), including all packaging and documentation.

Please Note: We can only accept the return of opened goods if they are faulty.

To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please enclose a covering letter giving a brief explanation for the cancellation and attach the invoice.  Please package the relevant goods securely and send to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

If the item has been damaged during delivery, or is faulty, donnastewart.net guarantees to replace the goods on receipt of the damaged goods from you with a covering letter clearly stating the nature of the damage or fault.

Damage returns must be made within seven working days of the day after the date that theitem was delivered to you.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow these steps to enable us to process your replacement/refund efficiently:

  1. Send us an email informing us of the return along with reason for the return to admin@donnastewart.net

  2. In the case of a faulty item please provide a full description of the fault.

  3. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Send the package to Donna Stewart at the address shown on the invoice.

Return postage is payable by the customer for all returns.

PLEASE NOTE:  The product will be your responsibility until it reaches Donna Stewart.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
